A SUSTAINABLE RETREAT
In 2012, if you wanted an all inclusive wellness retreat you went to Canyon Ranch. However, we had other plans.
Inspired by her personal evolution into a more plant-based lifestyle, on the eve of our clients 49th birthday, we brought this immersive exploration of mind-body wellness to her home in Florida.
In what turned into a seven day celebration at her 12,000 square foot estate, she hosted this experience so that her friends and family could undergo the same dramatic improvements in health and mental clarity as she had. Oh, and those peacocks meandering throughout the property all week were just a few curious neighbors wanting in on the fun!
Upon arrival, and with more surprises throughout the week, guests were gifted organic cotton and naturally dyed clothing, personalized robes, a Breville juicer, yoga mats and the necessary accessories, journals, books, beauty products, and more while enjoying 100% organic and plant-based foods and beverages crafted from scratch.
Following a relaxing week, where guests were fully immersed in thoughtfully designed, engaging and relaxing experiences, with magical lighting and laughter dancing around the room, guests and their spouses were treated to an intimate dinner and a private concert as they sipped on organic cocktails and beverages. For dinner, as with the rest of the week, renowned celebrity wellness chef Nicolas Torrent created a mind-blowing food experience that focused on flavors AND aesthetics. This 100% organic, raw and plant-based meal consisted of heirloom shooters, dolce picante pizzas, a wedge salad with forage bleu and crispy pancetta, beet carpaccio and pesto ravioli… followed by crème cappuccino and an assortment of handcrafted nut cheeses and raw cacao truffles for dessert.
The final evening, we designed a cocktail party and private concert for 100 of her closest friends, family and co-workers. As we kept the organic cocktails and wine flowing, guests enjoyed interactive food stations which included separate flatbread pizza, taco, sushi and ravioli bars. It was another night of laughter, but this time drowned out by both our favorite New York City DJ, Jeffery Tonnesen, and a Miami based salsa band who kept everyone on their feet and dancing till the early morning hours.
Talk about the ultimate girls week staycation… This was also our first event as Stone Sevyn.
